Activities include: gathering information from multiple sources, identifying providers and support resources, conducting research and making site visits, determine space layouts and coordinating support activities including catering, facilities, audio/video and security

Responsibilities & Qualifications
• Works closely with internal and external customers to plan to oversee and execute events with low to medium levels of complexity.
• Events may include internal or external meetings, business marketing and entertainment functions, company gatherings, and community events.
• Activities are self-directed and performed under intermittent supervision.
• Activities include: gathering information from multiple sources, identifying providers and support resources, conducting research and making site visits, determine space layouts and coordinating support activities including catering, facilities, audio/video and security.
Preferred Experience And Skills
• 1-2 years of event planning experience
• Problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Customer Service and Interpersonal skills Organizational skills
Preferred Education And Training
• Associate degree in business, hospitality, or related field
• Associate in General Insurance Designation
