The SkyProfessor role is an essential part of the team, responsible for providing support to client’s Flight Attendants with their iPhones and iPads. You will be tasked with answering support calls, troubleshooting device issues, and resolving cellular connectivity challenges. This position ensures that our Flight Attendants have the tools and support they need to perform their roles efficiently.
Experience:
• 2+ years in a customer service role, call center a plus in a technical support role.
• Strong iPhone and iPad functionality knowledge, including software updates and cellular connectivity troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to customer service.
